JUSTICE.
My story / Justice Bongiovanni

Faith first.
A voice of my own.

Christian conviction. Canadian identity. A commitment to speaking up for the things I believe in.

Faith is where I start.

I’m a Christian Canadian based in Montréal and a student at McGill University. My faith shapes how I think about public life: freedom of religion, open debate, the rule of law, and the dignity of every person. I believe the Western tradition that helped shape Canada is worth defending.

Canada’s future is personal.

I’m active in the Conservative Party of Canada and serve as Vice President of Internal Affairs at CPC McGill. During the 2025 federal election, I volunteered on the campaigns of Neil Oberman, Louis Ialenti, and Grace Daou. My commentary asks what our political choices mean for Canadians, from religious freedom and public debate to government priorities. I want my work to reflect the full picture of what I care about: my Christian faith, my country, the West, and my support for Israel.

From student government to the public conversation.

My activism began in student government. It taught me that standing up for a principle can mean standing alone at first. I carried that experience into campus advocacy, conservative politics, and public commentary. I speak about religious freedom, the treatment of Christians, Canadian politics, and the Western values I want to protect. I’ve interviewed political figures, community leaders, and survivors of October 7, and filmed unscripted campus conversations between people with different views.

Why I stand with Israel.

In summer 2025, I traveled to Israel on a Maccabee Task Force-sponsored trip. Meeting people from different backgrounds changed my understanding of the country. Today, as an MTF Fellow, I help other student leaders make that journey. My support for Israel is connected to my Christian faith and my opposition to antisemitism. I want campus conversations to leave room for people’s lived experiences, rather than reduce a country or a community to slogans.

Common ground takes work.

Through Allied Voices for Israel and Hillel, I bring Jewish and non-Jewish students together for workshops, events, and honest dialogue. I work with student leaders because the decisions they make shape whether people feel welcome on campus. My StandWithUs Christian Outreach fellowship, completed in June 2026, gave me a foundation in this work. With Let’s Do Something on Campus, I take the same commitment into unscripted conversations on video. People can disagree, learn from one another, and still stand on common ground.

Discipline beyond the camera.

Away from politics, I train and share fitness content. I see my body as a gift from God, and caring for it as part of a faithful life. The discipline of showing up matters in both places: in training and in standing up for what I believe.
